Meetings
Troop 583 meets in the Youth Room at Holy Spirit Parish each Sunday at 6:30 PM. The church is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of 23rd Street and Martin Ave. in McAllen. The Youth Room (portable building) is the southrernmost building behind the parish hall and classrooms which together with the church offices form a central garden and where a fountain exists.
